Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

You are responsible for payment for the entire duration of your reservation. We do not refund boats turned in before their reservation end date or partial days. We do not provide monetary refunds with the following exceptions: Safety and Weather Conditions When the lake is unsafe for boating due to excessive winds or lightening and we deem it necessary to remove boats from the lake for your safety. Equipment In rare cases, if there is an equipment failure that cannot be repaired in a reasonable amount of time, we reserve the right to provide a replacement boat, monetary refund based on time paid but not used or pre-paid rental time on your next visit. We do not provide refunds if customer does not notify us of issues with the boat/equipment or if problem is caused by overloading, improper operation of boat/equipment or operating equipment in an unsafe manner. We understand that some circumstances cannot be controlled. In these situations, decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

You will need to hold your reservation with a Major credit/Debit card guarantee.

Credit card payments will be charged unless other arrangements are previously made. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your rental start date, your credit card will be charged $60 for the cancellation.

A charge equal to your complete confirmed reservation will be made for failure to cancel before your rental date and/or not showing up!

Please remember to call in a cancellation! We can usually work with you to reschedule but the call will allow us to better utilize our boats.
